Dr. Sangwhan Lho is a professor at the Department of Economics, Kyungnam University, Korea. He majored in Environmental Economics and Public Finance at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor where his doctoral thesis was "Three essays in International Taxation". His recent research areas are CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) in Asia, environmental taxation on energy, and environmental charges.
