Mr. Jiang Ningchuan graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Sichuan University. He is the current Dean of the Department of Economics and Management. He also serves as the Managing Director of the Economics Association of Sichuan Province, the Guidance Director of Economics Management and Teaching of Chinese Textile high-vocational Colleges, an expert on the expert panel of Chinese Foreign Trade Examination Centre, and editor of high-vocational college teaching material of Sichuan Province. He was the Academic Leader by Chengdu Textile College in 2003.

His research interests are in International Trade of Textile Clothing and Textile Enterprise Management. He has published 15 essays in core periodicals such as Reform of Economic System, Economists, and Commerce Economic Research, and has published four teaching manuals. He has been responsible for six research projects, one of which, Import and Export of Textile Products, was named the Excellence Course of Sichuan Province in 2005. His book, International Finance, was awarded the first prize for 2004-2006 by the Teaching Materials Special Committee of Chinese Academy of Science.
